Lifeforce provides the longevity medicine component of new centers focused on both preventive health and physical performance.
Longevity medicine provider Lifeforce is taking a central role in a new venture aimed at improving human healthspan, joining forces with Sequel Brands and biohacking influencer Gary Brecka to launch Ultimate Longevity Center. The collaboration combines Lifeforce’s clinical infrastructure, Brecka’s biomarker-driven philosophy, and Sequel’s health franchise model to create a bricks-and-mortar destination where preventive health and performance services are offered in combination.
Ultimate Longevity Center is the latest concept to emerge from Sequel Brands, which boasts a portfolio spanning Pilates studios, stretch therapy, infrared sauna and fitness services. The new venture is targeting the rapidly growing healthy-aging market and a rising global interest in proactive health optimization.
Co-founded by Tony Robbins and Peter Diamandis, Lifeforce provides the clinical spine of the Ultimate Longevity Center concept. The company has spent the past several years building a membership-based platform that emphasizes early detection, biomarker monitoring and personalized interventions. Members complete at-home blood diagnostics, follow-up testing and telehealth visits with physicians trained in functional and longevity-focused medicine. Treatment plans can include prescription therapies such as hormone optimization or other clinically monitored medications, along with supplements and lifestyle guidance covering sleep, nutrition, exercise and stress.
Sequel founder Anthony Geisler hailed Lifeforce for building “one of the most comprehensive data sets on proactive health – we’re taking decades of collective expertise and making it accessible to anyone who not only wants to add more years to their life, but also add more life to their years.”
The new Ultimate Longevity Centers are intended to translate Lifeforce’s medical model into a local, walk-in format. Visitors will have access to assessments that identify personal goals and guide them toward either experiential wellness services or deeper diagnostic analysis. The experiential side includes red light therapy, hyperbaric chambers, cold plunges, hydrogen baths and other services.
Alongside these services, Lifeforce-enabled programs will offer biomarker analysis and metabolic profiling that inform personalized protocols. These may incorporate emerging therapies such as NAD, GLP-1–based treatments, hormone replacement, peptides, supplements and IV infusions. The intention is to give people a straightforward way to understand their physiological baselines and select interventions that match their needs, supported by ongoing measurement and physician-guided adjustments.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Anthony and the Sequel team to build something that will help millions of people live at their best,” said Lifeforce CEO Dugal Bain-Kim, who co-founded the company alongside Robbins. “Tony started this company to make cutting-edge longevity services accessible and that’s why there is no better partner for us. This concept is launching at the perfect moment – just as the longevity boom is about to go to a next level and we’re excited to bring this to Tony’s community and beyond.”
Known for his work interpreting biomarkers to guide personalized health programs, Brecka has built a media platform and public audience actively engaged in longevity. His involvement is designed to help translate complex science into practical steps for a general population that may be newly exploring these tools.
“Ultimate Longevity Center bridges the gap between evolving science-backed thinking and everyday life,” said Brecka. “It’s about taking tools and knowledge that those with specialized access have historically had and bringing that access within reach of main street America.”
No detail was provide on where and when the first Ultimate Longevity Center locations will open, nor the pricing of its services. The company has posted a waitlist sign-up on its web site.
