Timeline continues building expanded longevity product pipeline – Longevity.Technology

Timeline, a consumer biotech company behind the Mitopure® (Urolithin A) product, announced the publication and initiation of clinical studies focused on immunity and brain health, according to the company. These efforts reinforce its position in the longevity sector and follow its foundational research on muscle health.

According to the company, its recent MitoImmune study, published in Nature Aging, showed that a four-week supplementation with Mitopure improved immune cell function and lowered inflammatory markers, supporting mitochondrial health in middle-aged adults. The company said that it is also launching a new clinical trial titled CLARITY, which is its largest study to date on brain aging for a finished supplement product.

The company claims that over the past 18 years it has invested more than US $50 million in research and development, conducted 25 registered human trials and secured over 80 patents related to Mitopure. It said that these milestones reflect its commitment to clinical rigor in the longevity product market.

Timeline stated that the current expansions encompass its longevity platform’s three core areas — muscle, immune and brain health — and align with its broader mission to extend human healthspan through scientifically backed supplements. The company added that its ongoing initiatives involve global academic collaborations and regulatory strategies to support next-generation wellness products.
