According to the company, the collaboration integrates Superpower’s diagnostics and personalized health planning into Stratos’ group benefits architecture.
The program is built around “Stratos Baseline One,” a supplemental health and wellness maintenance plan. The company claims the plan includes advanced blood biomarker analysis, personalized health action plans across more than 20 domains, smartphone facial biomarker scanning, and access to curated supplements and diagnostic tools. In addition, participants can access unlimited nurse-based coaching, mental health and psychiatric support, 24/7 physician-led primary and urgent care, and home delivery of over 2,000 prescription drugs — all provided at no cost to employees or employers.
Stratos Health said the arrangement is structured under its indemnity benefits model, and is designed to address escalating costs in major medical coverage. The company claims the integration of Superpower’s precision diagnostics will improve employee healthspan and longevity while reducing overall healthcare spend.
The partnership is presented as a way to expand access to advanced preventive care services at scale. According to the companies, their shared goal is to enable better health outcomes without adding financial burden to employers or workers.
