Life Time has launched its newest facility, Life Time Prudential Center, marking the company’s first downtown Boston location and its seventh in Massachusetts. The nearly 60,000-square-foot club is situated within the iconic Prudential Center in the Back Bay area, providing a comprehensive wellness experience for residents and professionals.
Designed to serve the vibrant communities of Back Bay and surrounding neighborhoods, the club integrates fitness, recovery, work, and social spaces under one roof. Key amenities include a co-ed wet suite with a cold plunge, whirlpool, sauna, and steam room; dedicated rejuvenation suites featuring red light therapy and infrared saunas; and a LifeCafe + Bar offering shakes, smoothies, snacks, and cocktails. The facility also boasts a social lounge for member events, a work lounge with private soundproof pods, boutique studios offering over 110 weekly classes, and a state-of-the-art fitness floor equipped with premium strength and cardio equipment.
Memberships at Life Time Prudential Center start at $349 per month, with options available for singles, couples, and families. The club operates Monday through Thursday from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is conveniently located steps away from both Prudential and Copley MBTA stations, making it easily accessible to commuters and visitors alike.
