Life Time has launched a new sleep-support product called LTH Dream, aiming to stand out in a market dominated by melatonin-based supplements, according to the company. The product is a melatonin-free powder drink designed to support falling asleep, staying asleep, and waking up refreshed.
The formula includes a 300 mg triple-magnesium complex—comprising magnesium L-threonate, taurate, and glycinate—alongside calming nutrients such as L-Theanine, Sensoril Ashwagandha, and phosphatidylserine, the company said. These ingredients are described as clinically studied to support relaxation, stress response, and sleep quality.
The product, available in Mixed Berry and Piña Colada flavors, is now sold at U.S. Life Time locations and through the LT Shop online, the company said. LTH Dream is NSF Contents– and NSF Sport–certified, ensuring third-party validation of purity, potency, and freedom from banned substances.
The company claims that LTH Dream is produced under rigorous quality standards by its in-house team of dietitians and trainers, and is part of Life Time’s broader LTH supplement portfolio, which exceeds 50 products.
