Evernow has partnered with Ōura, maker of the smart ring, to integrate real-time biometric tracking with personalized menopause care, according to the company. As part of Ōura’s newly launched Perimenopause Check-In feature, members who complete the assessment can now access Evernow’s clinician-led telehealth services.
The company said that Oura users can upload data-rich reports—such as sleep, cycle, and perimenopause insights—directly before virtual visits. Evernow clinicians will use this information to tailor treatment plans and connect symptom awareness with evidence-based care.
The company claims that through the partnership, users benefit from streamlined access to menopause-trained providers, with care available across all 50 states and covered by insurance. Evernow said that video visits can be scheduled within 48 hours, include unlimited messaging, and support prescriptions with automated refills, all informed by biometric data from Ōura.
Together, Evernow and Ōura aim to shift early menopause management from passive tracking to proactive care, bridging symptom monitoring and clinical intervention with greater clarity and support.
