LifeVantage Corporation said it has closed its previously announced acquisition of LoveBiome, a direct sales firm focused on microbiome and gut-health solutions. According to the company, the transaction includes the transfer of key operating assets and retention of critical LoveBiome personnel.
LifeVantage claims the move will broaden its product portfolio into the gut health market and strengthen its presence in the U.S., Taiwan, and Europe. The company anticipates synergies by pairing LoveBiome’s microbiome offerings with its existing “Activation” technologies.
According to LifeVantage, key LoveBiome team members, including founder Kelly Olsen, will join the business to drive growth under the combined structure. The acquisition is framed as a strategic advance to deepen the company’s wellness focus and market reach.
LifeVantage is publicly traded on Nasdaq (ticker LFVN) and operates in the health and wellness sector.
