Life Time has officially launched Life Time Perimeter, its ninth athletic country club in the Atlanta region, following the transformation of the former Concourse Athletic Club into a modern three-story wellness facility.
According to the company, the 79,000-square-foot club is strategically located between Sandy Springs’ iconic King & Queen towers and the Perimeter Center business district, spanning three acres along Interstate 285 and Georgia 400. The facility targets health-conscious professionals, active families, and couples seeking an integrated approach to wellness, fitness, recovery, work, and leisure.
Life Time Perimeter features a comprehensive array of amenities, including eight outdoor pickleball courts, five tennis courts (four clay and one hard), indoor and outdoor pools, four squash courts, a walking/running track, and over 100 weekly classes across boutique studios offering yoga, Pilates, barre, and group training programs. Fitness enthusiasts also have access to an expansive workout floor with modern equipment.
The club includes a dedicated recovery space equipped with water massage, cold therapy chairs, compression technology, metabolic testing, and nutrition coaching. Luxurious executive-style dressing rooms and a coed hydrotherapy suite with cold plunge, whirlpool, steam rooms, sauna, and infrared saunas add to the upscale experience.
Complementary services include a Life Time Work Club Lounge for remote work, a Kids Academy with child-focused areas, and a LifeCafe for nutritious meals, shakes, and juice bar offerings.
Open to members on weekdays from 4:00 a.m. to midnight and weekends from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Life Time Perimeter enhances the brand’s presence in Atlanta alongside existing locations in Alpharetta, Sugarloaf, Johns Creek, Woodstock, Peachtree Corners, Sandy Springs, Buckhead, and North Druid Hills.
