Life Time has opened a new adults-only fitness and wellness club in the Uptown Boca development in Boca Raton, Florida, beginning December 19, 2025. The 37,000-square-foot facility—named Life Time West Boca—is the company’s sixth Florida location and its first in the state to offer CTR, Life Time’s athletic reformer-based training class that blends Pilates and athletic conditioning. The club’s design and programming focus on performance, recovery and community for members who prioritise fitness and wellness as part of daily life.
Life Time West Boca joins Life Time’s broader network of more than 185 clubs across the U.S. and Canada, and represents an intimate, design-forward evolution of the traditional athletic country club model that is tailored exclusively for adult members. Amenities at the new club include functional training zones, premium strength and conditioning equipment, and dedicated studios for group classes such as GTX, Pilates, Yoga/MB360 and Barre. A co-ed wet suite with cold plunge, whirlpool, steam room and cedar sauna supports recovery, while a recovery and physical-therapy lounge offers specialised tools and programming to enhance mobility and performance. LifeSpa services, a juice bar and social lounge spaces further extend the club’s wellness offerings.
