Wellness provider Selah Center announced the grand opening of its integrative wellness sanctuary on October 25, according to the company. The facility will operate from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and aims to combine advanced medical technologies and bio-regulatory services with holistic care in a luxury retreat setting.
According to the company, Selah Center is designed for individuals facing chronic illness as well as those seeking performance optimization. The centre operates on a “Remove, Restore, Rebuild” model that addresses detoxification, cellular restoration and resilience through personalised protocols.
The company said the facility offers over 20 therapies including extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation (EBOO), hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), micro-current neurofeedback, lymphatic compression therapy and biofield frequency enhancement. These services are combined with an environment intentionally designed to support nervous-system regulation and physiological calm.
According to Selah Center, its space incorporates therapeutic-ecosystem design elements, where architecture, frequency tuning and environment work together to move the body from fight-or-flight modes toward cellular repair. The company claims that the launch marks a new standard in integrative wellness by combining root-cause-focused care with high-end sanctuary design.
The grand-opening event will include complimentary sessions of select therapies, practitioner consultations, guided tours and exclusive founding-member rates. The centre is located at 2333 State St., Level 3, Carlsbad, CA 92008.
