Elektra Health and Oscar Health launch HelloMeno menopause health plan – Longevity.Technology

In a partnership, Elektra Health and Oscar Health have introduced a health insurance plan called HelloMeno aimed at women experiencing perimenopause and menopause in the U.S. individual market, according to the companies.

The plan is described as the first of its kind offered in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) individual market, targeting an estimated 2.3 million women aged 45 and older, the companies said. It will offer $0 primary care, gynecologist and behavioural health visits; no-cost labs, hormone replacement therapy, insomnia medications and bone density scans; and rewards up to $120 for preventive screenings. The companies claim members may save up to about $900 a year.

Open enrolment runs from 1 November 2025 through 15 January 2026, with coverage effective 1 January 2026. The plan will initially be available in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.

Elektra Health is described by the company as a virtual provider specialising in menopause care for midlife women, while Oscar Health is a technology-driven health insurance company serving approximately 2 million members as of June 2025.

The companies said the plan will permit women to work with their primary care provider and access Elektra’s network of menopause-certified clinicians, along with one-on-one coaching and community support.
